Returns

At Just Rugs, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the rug(s) within 15 days of purchase via UPS or FedEx. The rug must be in "like new" condition. Soiled or damaged rugs will not be accepted for credit. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. Credit will only be issued for the amount paid for the rug, freight is non-refundable.

Shipping

Rugs will either be shipped from Just Rugs or directly from the manufacturer via UPS or FedEx. Larger rugs may have to be shipped by motor freight and special arrangements will have to be made. Shipping by standard freight will be at no charge to the 48 contiguous states for orders over $200.00. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and overseas, a special quote will be issued. No PO Boxes!

Delays in shipping: In most instances customers should receive product in about 2 weeks. However, some rugs may take longer due to special size, color and/or shipping arrangement. We will notify customers by email if shipping will take longer than expected.


Payment

Just Rugs accepts MasterCard, Visa and checks (see shopping cart for details). No refunds will be given on custom rugs or specially sized rugs.

Discontiniued Rugs

Rugs may be discontinued at any time by the manufacturers. We at Just Rugs will make every effort to update information and place rugs in discontinued status as necessary; however, we are not responsible for discontinued merchandise that may be ordered before we can notify shoppers. We will issue a prompt credit if a customer is charged for a rug that has been discontinued.
